RefectoCil #4.1 Red Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint 15ml

Tint eyebrows and lashes to an intense red using Refectocil's Tint 4.1 Red, designed for clients with blonde hair for an intense red or dark brown hair for a red shimmer. This smudge and waterproof formula lasts up to 6 weeks. Mixable with Refectocil tints to create warm colour accents, can be mised with a deep blue to create a dark violet shade.
