Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.

If you have received a damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order at info@wa.oznailsbeautysupply.com.au.

To help us assess your request, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the item and its packaging.

Each request will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty and personal care products.

  • Change of mind purchases.

  • Custom or special-order products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.


Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product has a major fault or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
