RefectoCil #2.1 Deep Blue Eyelash & Eyebrow Tint 15ml

For blonde or light blonde hair types, RefectoCil's Tint 2.1 Blue tints lashes to an intense dark blue. This smudge and waterproof formula lasts up to 6 weeks. Mixable with RefectoCil Red to create a dark violet.
