This is the base coat required prior to applying Billionaire Gel Polish. It protects the natural nail from damage and discoloration and ensures long lasting wear of Wavegel. It is brushed on and cured for 10 seconds in a 36 watt LED or 2 minutes in 36 watt UV Light.
