Billionaire Dipping Liquid - Thinner 2oz

This liquid helps thin out  Billionaire dipping liquids including French Base, Gel Top and Color Base as they become thicker from each use.

Recommended use: add few drops at a time inside an existing Nitro liquid bottle. Shake and re-apply until the gel is thin.
