We currently ship Australia-wide.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise stated.
2. Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods, public holidays or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery
We primarily ship using Australia Post and other trusted courier partners where appropriate.
Estimated delivery times are:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order size and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions may apply from time to time and will be clearly displayed on our website.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been dispatched.
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
9. Authority to Leave
If you choose Authority to Leave (ATL) or request the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place, responsibility for the parcel passes to you once the parcel has been delivered according to your instructions.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
